Agreement
By creating an account or using TrueShare, you agree to these Terms. If you use TrueShare on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.
The service
TrueShare provides social media scheduling, collaboration, and analytics tools. Features may change; we will not materially remove core scheduling without reasonable notice.
Accounts & security
You are responsible for credentials and activity in your workspace. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
Acceptable use
- Comply with each social network's terms and applicable law.
- Do not publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape unrelated data, or abuse support channels.
- Do not resell access without a written agency agreement.
Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled via Paddle or billing support. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant TrueShare a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or network API availability.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueShare's liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months before the claim.
