Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to TrueShare at trueshare.app and related subdomains (the "Service"), operated by AzAd Solutions ("TrueShare", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use TrueShare on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

The service

TrueShare provides social media scheduling, collaboration, approvals, and analytics tools for brands, agencies, and local businesses. Features and plan limits may change; we will not materially remove core scheduling without reasonable notice.

Accounts & security

You are responsible for credentials and activity in your workspace, including actions by team members and guest approvers you invite. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access at [email protected].

Acceptable use

• Comply with each social network's terms and applicable law.
• Do not publish unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape unrelated data, or abuse support channels.
• Do not resell access without a written agency agreement.

Subscriptions & payment

Paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Agency) are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown in USD and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in the customer billing portal or by contacting [email protected] before the next renewal.

Starter, Growth, and Agency include an optional 14-day free trial when you choose trial checkout. A payment method is required up front; you will not be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. You may also subscribe immediately on a monthly or annual basis without a trial. The Free plan remains free with the limits published on our pricing page. Plan changes and refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant TrueShare a limited license to host, process, and transmit content solely to provide the Service (including publishing to networks you connect).

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific reach, engagement, or continuous availability of third-party social network APIs.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrueShare's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid to us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
